There's been a mistake, you've sent me the wrong order!
In Too Box can make mistakes. It doesn't happen usually, but for a few occasions, it may occur that we get orders misplaced. If this occurs, please con- tact us providing your order code and explaining the mistake that we made and we ll be sure to help you. For that, you can contact us.
Can I modify or cancel an order in Process?
As we produce against on demand, the orders that are already being processed cannot be cancelled or modified. In case they do not have printing, you can always return the order.
What payment methods can I use?
You can choose among the following payment options: Razor pay, Phonepe, Gpay & Net Banking Bank transfer. If you choose this option, once you confirm the order, we will send you our bank details where the bank transfer has to be done. Remind that we do not start to process the order until the payment is received.
I do not manage to pay by credit card. What can I do?
Even though we wish we could help you in that situation, if you receive a notification that says that your credit card has been rejected or payment error, contact the merchant, you should place the order again, contact your bank to know the reason for rejection or place the order using a different payment method.
Where can I send the proof of payment if the order is paid by bank transfer?
You can simply reply to the order confirmation email sent, attaching the proof of payment, or you can write to info@intoobox.com
I have a discount coupon. How can I use it to pay my purchase?
Discount coupons issued by In Too Box can be used as a method of payment to purchase from the website. All you have to do is enter the promotion or discount code into the discount box at the point of purchase
Can I use a promo code while there's a promo on our website?
It's not possible to use a promo code while there's a promo on our website. That's why you can not use a promo code while sale season or any other kind of discount until the promo ends. Just one promo code can be used at a time.
How do I know the shipping charge?
The shipping cost depends on the type of box, quantity and country of delivery. The amount will appear once you add the products on the cart and enter the delivery details.
Is there free shipping?
Free shipping applies on orders between ₹500 as long as the order does not include any micro-flute box.
Why is there not free shipping in orders over ₹500 ?
At In Too Box, the more units you order, the more the price per unit decreases. This is the reason why we cannot defray the cost of the shipping, as the price of the boxes is already very tight.
How can I track the shipment of my order?
When your order leaves our factory, you ll receive an automatic email with order tracking number and the courier service. You can also contact the courier to track the progress of your delivery. In case you don t receive this email or have any serious incidences with your order, you can contact us
Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?
Most of our boxes do not have a minimum order quantity and you will be able to order up to 2000 units. In case you enter a quantity below the MOQ, a message will be displayed with the minimum quantity of boxes required. Remind that if you want a printed box, you can order up to 1000 units through our website. In case you need more units, you can contact us
Do I need to register to order from In Too Box?
To purchase from In Too Box, you dont need to have been previously registered. You can surf our website, choose the gift boxes you want to order and then proceed to purchase without being registered. Once you re in the purchasing process, we will ask you for the necessary details for payment, the invoicing and the shipment of your order, at the end of the process you will be registered.
Do the prices include GST (18%)?
Yes, the prices include GST, which is 18% currently.
My order is urgent. Can I receive it before the estimated delivery date?
In Too Box has no stock of products, we always produce boxes on request, and for that we need a minimum time of 7 working days, plus shi pping time. In case you have a momentary urgency, we try to meet customer requirements in deliveries as efficiently as possible. For that, contact us here indicating the order difference and the matter of urgency, so we can process your order with high priority. However, we can t guarantee this service, we will try it (specially within our busiest times - November and December). Remind that the Express production option does not guarantee an earlier delivery if the order includes printing items.

How do I know if I placed the order correctly?
Once you complete the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email where you will be able to check all the information of the order placed. The invoice will be attached on that email as well. If the boxes ordered include printing, you will receive a file with the printing design you have uploaded. If you see any error, please contact us by e-mail or phone call as soon as possible!
How do I choose a box that meets my needs?
We advise that before you place an order, you know what you need the box for. It also helps when you know what you're going to put inside the box or who its for. We re sure that in our catalogue that s always increasing, you'll find the most adequate model for you. When you re browsing website, be sure to read more information on the boxes and the tips we give, for example: inner and outer measurements, difficulty assembling level, approximate assembling time, weight a box can carry etc.
Can I buy decorated boxes?
SelfPackaging promotes creativity, that s why we love giving you as many decoration ideas as possible for our gift boxes. You can find inspiration in our Ideas section. To elaborate them, we use both own and external materials, thats why sometimes you cant purchase the gift boxes alike to what the decoration you may see.
I want boxes in a special colour that's not available. Can you help?
SelfPackaging can offer you good prices thanks to the standardisation of our catalogue, both gift boxes and raw materials. If you want a specific paper you can t find it on our website, you should take into account that it will be necessary at least the acquisition of the whole paper pack which contains 100 pieces of paper. If this option fits your needs, you can contact us here to give you an estimate for the production. Another possible option is printing the paper in a specific Pantone colour. For that, your order should be at least orders over 500 units. If this option fits your needs, you can contact us here, and we ll give you an estimate.
What are the boxes that can be printed? Is there a minimum order requirement?
The boxes that you will find in this section can be customized with minimum order requirement and up to 1000 units. To know the price, you just need to choose the quantity, size, colour and click on Print. Bear in mind that this option is only available in the desktop version of our website.
What is the lead time for printing orders?
Orders that include printing have a lead time of 10 working days. When adding the printed boxes to the shopping cart, please, read the conditions that appear and that have to be accepted. Even though we would love to offer shorter lead times on this type of orders, we cannot guarantee it, this is why choosing express service does not guarantee an earlier delivery..
Do you review the designs uploaded?
At the moment, we cannot offer this service, although we would love to see all your designs. This is why you will receive the file you have uploaded attached to the order confirmation email. If you see any error, please let us know as soon as possible! Once the order is In Process we cannot make any modification or cancellation.
I want the same box but with two different designs. Can I do it?
In case you want the same box (same reference, size and colour) but with two different printing designs, you must place two separate orders. If you upload them in the same order, we would just receive one of the designs to be printed on all the units ordered.
What are the technical image requirements?
The file types that can be uploaded are .JPG and .PNG. They should have a 300dpi resolution, if not, they will not look good when printed. The colour profile of your images must be RGB, because if they are in CMYK profile, the colours you see on the screen can vary from the colours printed.
If my image has a white background, this is going to be printed on the box?
If you choose a white box, that background will not be printed. But be careful! If the box chosen is in any other of the colours available and your picture has a white background, it will be printed.
Are the boxes delivered already assembled?
The boxes are sent flat with the necessary glue or tape in case the assembling of that box needs it. Assembling them is the most entertaining and fun part!
What is the pre-assembling service?
By choosing the pre-assembling service, we will deliver the boxes folded but with the glue or tape already applied. The only thing you will have to do when you receive them is add finishing details and structure the boxes into a three-dimensional object and ready to go! To ask for this service, you have to click on the button Extras at the product page and then Pre-assembly. In case this service is not available in the box you choose, this means that box does not need glue or need to be assembled with hot glue, which cannot be previously applied.
How do I know which tools I need to assemble a box?
On the page of each box, we provide a list of tools needed to assemble specific boxes. Tools such as; hot glue, hot glue gun, cutter, scissors, dou- ble-sided tape, adhesive tape gun etc.
Where will I be able to see the coupon code?
You will find the coupon code page, coupon section. In order to use it on your next order, you just need to copy and paste it on the required field and the discount is applied!
I received a sample in a different colour than the one I ordered.
Samples are sent random colours depending on the availability, but we always include a piece of cardboard of the colour chosen so you can see the colour physically.
Can I ask for a printed sample?
At the moment, we do not offer this service. The samples do not include printing, sleeves, tags or any extra accessory. In case you want them, you should order the minimum order quantity required for that box.
How and when will I receive them?
They will be shipped by Couriers. The lead time is 6-8 working days to metropolitan cities. The sample will be of the chosen size but random colour. Be aware that the samples are sent pre-assembled, but that in the final order, the glue or tape will be sent apart.
How can I order a sample?
You can ask up to 4 samples per order. They can be ordered by clicking on "order samples" button (on the top of the picture of the box). Make sure you choose the size you are interested in before clicking on that button. You will receive the box ordered in any colour available + a piece of card- board of the colour chosen. We will add on your account a voucher code equivalent to the price of the samples that you can use on your next order (excluding shipping cost).
